In a disturbing video, a 9-year-old boy is caught on a security camera beating, choking, and kicking two small kids at the Kiddie City Childcare in Mississippi.

A surveillance tape was recently released of an unidentified nine-year old boy who started beating two kids at daycare, a small toddler and his 23-month-old little sister.

“The daycare worker that was present was not paying attention, was not in the room as often as she should’ve been,” a police official said of worker Sandra Trevillion who has now been charged with two counts of child neglect

“There were bruises, contusion, no broken bones, according to what we’re being told, a busted lip, bite marks, pinch marks,” added the officer.

When the injured children went home, their angry father Jamie Williams went back to the daycare center. He asked the other kids who had hit his children, and the kids pointed to the wrong child

Williams then proceeded to slap the wrong child.

“Thought that this was a parent coming in to pick up the child, had no idea he was coming in to do this,” recalled another worker.

“Him being upset understandably so,” said police chief Armstrong. “But to attack a child for an instant is not the proper way of settling the difference.”

The daycare worker Trevillion has now been fired and faces arrest. The dad Williams has also been charged with assault. As for the 9-year-old boy, officers said that he will not be arrested, but they will consult with the youth court on proper procedures.
