Whitney Houston‘s daughter, 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown is reportedly engaged to Nick Gordon, Whitney’s unofficial adopted son.

Recent rumors of the relationship were spurred on by photos of the pair holding hands and kissing. To top it off, Bobbi also tweeted, “I love sleeping with big brudder (: only person that helps my insomnia B!! Hah (:”

Nick tried to temper the public attention. He initially acknowledged that he and Bobbi have gotten closer, but with public backlash, he has since shutdown his Twitter account and denied dating rumors. He told ABC News, “We’re just close—just going through her mom’s passing and grieving together.”

However, Bobbi has not been as subtle. She has been recently photographed holding hands with Nick and sporting Whitney’s huge engagement ring on her left hand.

While Nick and Bobbi are not blood-related, Nick was unofficially adopted by Whitney when he was 12-years-old.
