Make-A-Wish Foundation partnered up with Ron Perlman (aka Hellboy) and Spectral Motion studio to grant a wish for 6-year-old leukemia patient Zachary.

His wish? Zachary wanted to not only meet Hellboy, but he also wanted to be Hellboy himself.

Despite Ron’s retirement from his Hellboy role, he accepted the request from Zach and donned his Hellboy getup once more.

On top of that, Ron also gets into character and ordered Hellboy sized meals for Zach, his family, and the rest of the crew.

Later in the day, Zach’s second wish came true after he himself was transformed into Hellboy, thanks to the brilliant makeup artists from Spectral Motion.

Perlman currently stars in the FX show, “Sons of Anarchy.” In 2011, he said he’ll do a third installation of Hellboy if director Guillermo del Toro was on board. “All you have to do is convince to Guillermo to say yes to making the movie,” he quipped. We are sure that Zachary will definitely be on board with that!
