A dad allegedly beat his 2-year-old daughter to death after a toilet training accident.

D’Andre Lane was charged with child abuse after his daughter Bianca Jones, 2 disappeared last December. The dad is accused of fatally beating Bianca with a stick and later disposing her body.

Lane, who fathered 7 children with 7 different women admitted to police officers that he had hit the child after she wet herself. However, the father claims that the toddler went missing after a carjacking incident. The car was later found, although Bianca is still missing.

“He believed that if 2-year-olds had accidents they should be physically punished,” Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Carin Goldfarb accused. “The defendant staged a carjacking to cover up the death of his baby.”

Attorney Terry Johnson defended his client, saying that the “case is based on the argument that he spanked her,” and since there is no body, the prosecution had no substantial evidence against Lane.

“They want to paint him as the embodiment of evil,”  Johnson added. “I don’t want you to take a leap of faith; I want you to walk through the evidence step by step.”

This isn’t a first time a child has been  punished for potty training incident, as a Texas mom was charged with abuse after gluing  her toddler’s hands to the wall after a failed toilet training attempt.
