“I wish to be a superhero!” – Erik, 13

Rescuing the Seattle Sounders, catching the bad guys and commanding a super-stealth vehicle are all in a day’s work for Electron Boy (a.k.a. 13-year-old Erik). Erik has liver cancer and half a heart, but he’s all heart when it comes to helping others. Hundreds of volunteers helped grant his wish of being a superhero. During Erik’s adventure, he saved the day at Qwest Field, the Space Needle and Puget Sound Energy. For his heroism, Erik received a key to the city and a day he won’t soon forget!
