6-year-old Gavin was diagnosed with leukemia when he was only a few months old. Three years after going into remission, his cancer returned, and his only hope of survival was a bone marrow transplant.

Lucky for him, a match was found from a donor halfway across the world. With the help of the transplant, Gavin is now able to live like a “normal boy.”

And so Gavin had one big wish on his “to-do list”, to meet the donor, the person who saved his life.
