Disney Channel’s Leigh-Allyn Baker and her husband Keith Kauffman just welcomed a baby boy!

Baby Baker Kauffman arrived via c-section on September 18, weighing in at 6 lbs., 12 oz.

“We are so blessed and thankful to welcome Baker James Kauffman into our family,” the proud parents tell PEOPLE. “We are more than just smitten. We are absolutely, madly in love.”

“James is my husband’s middle name and my father-in-law’s name,” the mom said last June. “The other name is Baker, my maiden name. It will either be Jasper James or Baker James.”

This is the second baby for the couple who has son Griffin, 3.
