Seeing the flurry of blue balloons in Giuliana Rancic’s baby shower has confirmed rumors: It’s a boy for Bill and Giuliana Rancic!

The couple will be welcoming their son via gestational surrogate late summer.

“We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!” Giuliana said. “We just can’t wait!”

“If we have a [son], Bill will be the disciplinarian. The reason being that when you have a mother-[son] bond, he’s like your prince — you don’t want to discipline him,” she also told People.
