Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly just welcomed a baby girl!

“We’re very, very excited!” Jack’s mom Sharon Osbourne said last Friday. “We’re waiting for the phone to ring to say ‘Just get here’ and we will be there.”

Pearl Osbourne arrived, weighing 8lbs. and 6oz.

She is the first baby for the couple.
