After years of pregnancy rumors, Jennifer Aniston is finally pregnant…for a new Jimmy Kimmel spoof.

The fake Glaceau Smartwater ad features a “leaked” security video from Aniston’s home which shows the actress whipping out her enormous baby bump.

“How are my little triplets doing?” she asks her bump.

Aniston is currently engaged to Justin Theroux, and despite persistent rumors, she is not pregnant. She is also a spokesperson for Smartwater.
