A day before Valentine’s Day, Justin Bieber surprised 6-year-old Avalanna Routh with a Valentine’s Day date of her dreams.

Things have not been easy for Avalanna who has been battling a rare form of brain cancer since she was born. The little girl, aka “Mrs. Bieber” (after her pretend wedding to her favorite singer), caught the singer’s attention with a Facebook campaign to help Avalanna meet her favorite idol.

Bieber tweeted after their meeting, “That was one of the best things I have ever done. She was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber”
