After the recent Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise split, 6-year-old daughter Suri Cruise is having a difficult time adjusting to her new life.

From bitter custody battles to a new living situation in NYC, Suri has been in the middle of the entire divorce process.

“She said the divorce has been hard on Suri and she’s acting out,” a close source tells Us Weekly. “Katie says no to some things, but gives a little leeway. She knows Tom is going to spoil her.”

And spoiling he does, as dad Tom Cruise recently took Suri to Disney World, along with a $6,000 helicopter ride to the Hamptons.

As for Holmes, she opts to give Suri the most normal childhood she can. “I think, ‘Oh, I’m a great mom’ — and then it doesn’t really pan out the way I think it’s going to. But the intention’s there,” Holmes revealed  to Women’s Wear Daily.

“She wants [Suri] to fit in and be more of a normal kid,” a source also adds.

With over $400,000 a year in allowance, we think that Suri is well covered.
