I think we may have found the reason for the interesting results of the latest US Census reports.

33-year-old Desmond Hatchett has now fathered 30 children with 11 different women.

To pay child support for each, the minimum wage worker gets only half of his paycheck. In fact, some of the moms only receive $1.49/month from Desmond.

Hatchett explained how he was able to achieve this feat in a short amount of time. The ubiquitous father had four kids in the same year…for two years!  His oldest child is now 14.

In 2009, Hatchett, then 30, made headlines when he was charged for not paying child support for his already 21 children. We all thought he learnt his lesson, as he promised the courts that he will stop having children. Three years later, he has 9 additional kids.

Unfortunately, Hatchett cannot be penalized for his actions.
