Sarah is a regular 16-year-old, except she attends red carpet events, runs into celebrities in her neighborhood, and has met over 4,600 Hollywood stars. And did we mention that she now has over 35,000 Twitter followers?

Sarah, aka “Stalker Sarah” took her first celebrity photo when she was just 12-years-old. While hanging out in an arcade with her dad, they saw Robert Hays.

“I knew him as the dad from ‘Homeward Bound,’” Sarah recalled her first celebrity moment. “My dad liked ‘Airplane’ and he happened to have a camera in the car so I took a picture with him. ”

And with that first snapshot, she made a deal with her dad that would ignite her celebrity craze.

“As long as I got straight A’s in school he would take me to every event that he possibly could,” the teen said. “I got straight A’s and he had to keep that deal.”

Since then, Sarah has taken over 4,600 celebrity photos. The reason for her success? Unlike the aggressive paps, Sarah has taken a more respectful and non-invasive approach.

“I always know the right situation,” she said. “So normally if I don’t think it’s going to be good for them, if I don’t think they look right or I don’t think they’re going to want to take a picture, I just don’t ask.”

This means that despite her love for the stars, Sarah has often given up on a few photo opportunities. “I see Miley around the neighborhood. I see Hilary Duff walking her dog all the time. And I hadn’t even had a picture with Hilary Duff yet, and she’s one of my favorites,” she recounts. “But I’m like no she’s walking her dog.”

Who would have thought though that the star stalker will now be a star herself. Since her little hobby went viral, she has gained over 35,000 Twitter followers. She’s also been interviewed by the media, and even celebrities (yes, even the Biebster) recognize her on the streets.

So is there one picture Sarah wished she has? “Britney Spears,” she said without hesitation.

While some of us may roll our eyes at this teen’s favorite pasttime, we can’t help but also admire her determination, coupled by extreme temperament. Because seriously, who can say that they won’t sneak in a photo when they see their favorite celeb?
