‘Mini Darth Vader’ was spotted in Capitol Hill recently in a fight against proposed budget cuts to Medicaid.

A little known fact is that Max Page (aka Darth Vader) was actually born with a heart condition, had 8 operations, and spent a significant amount of time in the Children’s Hospital. While there, he met a lot of kids who relied on Medicaid to get the treatment that they need.

Max makes a personal appeal to the President, “If the budget gets cut, he needs to realize that his daughters might need it.”
