Carter suffers from spina bifida, causing him to be disabled and wheelchair-bound. Since their little boy is unable to enjoy a lot of activities that other kids can, Carter’s parents make Halloween extra special.

Two years ago, Carter’s wheelchair was transformed into a Batmobile, and last year, his dad created an amazing Buster’s Ice Cream Truck (seen above).
