Beijing Officer Qiao Jinhai ran to the scene just in time to save a woman and her baby from jumping off the Guanghua bridge.

The officer was called to the scene by Beijing commuters who saw the woman climbing over the barrier of the bridge. He arrived just in time to grab the woman while passersby assist to bring her and her child to safety.

CCTV released footage of the harrowing scene captured by surveillance cameras.
