Pope Benedict XVI received a huge 550-pound, 7.2-foot-tall chocolate Easter egg from Italian chocolatier Tosca. The gigantic egg was decorated with his coat of arms.

Instead of partaking in a sugar rush, the pope will be donating the egg to a juvenile detention center in Rome.

Every Easter in Italy, children receive a chocolate egg with a hidden prize inside. I wonder if there’s any prize in this one, other than the sugar high from indulging in too much chocolate.
