Celeb mom Reese Witherspoon is recovering after being hit by a car during her daily jog.

The actress was hit by an 84-year-old driver who neglected to yield at an unmarked crosswalk.

A witness tells US Magazine, “The driver seemed to have not seen her because of a large tree at the intersection.”

Luckily, she only suffered minor injuries, including a gash on her forehead.

In a recent interview with Marie Claire, the actress revealed, “I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don’t think I realized how stressed I was. I feel so much relief. I don’t think I realized how stressed I was being a single parent.”

Fortunately for Witherspoon, her family is now there for support. She is now recovering at home with husband Jim Toth and her kids Ava and Deacon.
