Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth just welcomed a baby boy, Tennessee James Toth on Thursday, Sept. 27.

“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” their rep announced to PEOPLE. “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”

Despite some pregnancy scares along the way, the mom has been keeping her baby bump under wraps until a offhand comment last June in Chicago. “I’m feeling very round tonight,” she said.

This is the first baby for the couple, but the third for Reese who has Ava, 13 and Deacon, 8 1/2 with ex-husband Ryan Philippe.
