Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is reportedly expecting her first baby with boyfriend Jionni LaValle.

The Jersey Shore star is 3 months along, although when asked early February, she had denied rumors. “Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I’m not,” Snooki tells a reporter from ABC.

It appears now that the actress may not have been totally honest. A source tells the New York Post that MTV is aware of the news. “MTV went into crisis mode after they found out. They’re trying to hide it because it would greatly affect the creative direction of the show,” the source adds.

Additionally, her rep gave People magazine a “no comment” response while Marc Malkin from E! tweeted his confirmation, “Yes, it’s true. SNOOKI IS PREGNANT!!! mazel tov!!! source just confirmed the ny post story with me.”

At this point, unless it’s a PR push, congratulations may be in order for the Jersey Shore stars!
