Spencer Grammer and husband James Hesketh just welcomed a baby boy!

Baby Emmett Emmanual Hesketh, came on October 10, weighing 7 lbs., 7 oz., according to US Weekly.

This is the first baby for the couple and the first grandkid for gramps Kelsey Grammer.
