Tina Fey and husband Jeff Richmond just welcomed a baby girl, Penelope Athena last Wednesday.

Her pregnancy was first revealed in the Oprah show last April. She further discusses the decision in her book Bossypants,  “You get to 40 and you think, ‘Do I really want to do it, or is it because I’m running out of time?’,” she explains. “My husband and I decided that, rather than risk having the show end and in several years and feeling like part of our family was missing, that we were going to prioritize a family.”

Penelope will be joining her big sister Alice who is now 5 years old. Congratulations to the family!
